Terms of Cancellation:
72 hours prior to arrival cancellation possible without any cancellation fees, excluding tickets for the theatre/balls, etc. In case of later cancellations the first night will be charged at full prize. Cancellations can only be accepted in written form by e-mail, fax or letter. The accommodation contract is subject to the General Austrian Hotels contract conditions (ÖHVB). Place of jurisdiction Vienna.
